It is a heavy cream slightly soured with bacterial culture, but not as sour or as thick as sour cream. Crème fraîche can be made at home by adding a small amount of cultured buttermilk or sour cream to normal heavy cream, and allowing to stand for several hours at room temperature until the bacterial cultures act on the cream. ______________________________ 3 Eggs Nob of Butter Half Table Spoon of Crème fraîche Little bit of Salt & Pepper Chopped Chives Fat cap mushrooms Salt & Pepper Vine tomatoes Sour Dough Bread (thick cut) Drizzle Olive Oil

Partitioning & Installing Ubuntu Server Part 1/2 deepvirtual.com Partition Plan All of Ubuntu, all apps and data under a single 12 GB partition mounted at /. This will be in the single and only primary partition we make on this hard disk. In the implied extended partition to contain all subsequent logical partitions, we will create a 1 GB swap space. This machine has a 20 GB hard drive so with the remaining 7.x GB of space we will create a final partition to essentially hold the leftover space in a useful way until we have a more specific use for it. We will create a final 7 GB logical partition mounted at /data. This could possibly be used for large database files, hot backups or cross-host mirror backups or possibly re-partitioned in the future in building a dual or multi-boot machine. For the installation of Ubuntu Server we set our hostname for this machine as ‘core’ and as on all of the machines in our infrastructure, we set the initial user as ‘electric’. We set a password for the MySQL ‘root’ user. We choose the ‘Internet Site’ configuration scheme for the Postfix Mail Server (MTA). We do not install DNS as we plan to run that on another physical host in our infrastructure called ‘energy’. We will exclusively use MySQL for database development so we do not install PostgressSQL. For now we leave Samba off, but it is realistic that we might want to do some file serving to Windows or to authenticate Ubuntu users through a Windows Domain Controller, which are some …

Complications. Lots of ‘em.

Part 1.
I wake up Friday, end of my first week back at operate. I feel like I
can not stand up. Hurt in six places in my head. E-mail my boss that I’d
run out of steam, pack the kid off to school, and go back to bed for
numerous hours. Wake up. Do two items. Lay down. That sort of day.
Issue is that night a single of my quite extremely greatest pals is having a
mixture birthday party and main celebration that they’ve been
organizing for months, and which I had promised I would help with. I am
not up to this. I know I am not up to this. But they actually need to have the
aid, and I promised. So I go to the party, dance a couple, sit a lot,
aid clean up right after. The picture is of the cake. Pleased happy, ouch
ouch.

Portion two.
I woke up this morning. Three hours later than usual. Oh, my feet
hurt. One particular in specific. Son stated, &quotLift your left leg. Hmm. Lift your
appropriate leg. Hmm. Lift your left leg. Hmmmm. Yeah, it looks swollen.&quot
Painkillers. Footrest. Later time for kid’s drum lesson. Walk down.
He’s walking way faster than me. &quotBetter, go ahead, I am movin’ kind of
slow.&quot At some point I make it. Barely. Head for a chair, chat with the
parent next to me. Start to nod off. Time to go back. Uh oh. Clamp
onto DS’s arm. I see all sorts of beautiful factors I want to take
photographs of (black berry clusters, bright purple daisy flowers, grey
berries, autumn leaves), but I do not think I can stand up to take
them. I know. That doesn’t sound like me, does it? Get property. Hungry.
As well tired to eat. Sleep for a handful of hours. Beg DS to make me a bowl of
Campbell’s soup. Still haven’t stood up once more but.

Component 3.
Momentile. Was also tired yesterday to send my pic to Momentile. Was
going to do it this morning, but the service had been shut down as a
spam internet site. What the heck? Their cloud service provider (VPS.net) shut
them down, without warning or talking about it, then went offline and
didn’t answer emails and didn’t provide telephone service. Momentile,
getting no notion why they’ve been shut down and unable to get an answer,
was apologizing in public to their customers, explaining as finest as they
could what was happening with the limited information they had
obtainable to them. Roughly 20, 22 hours later, VPS wakes up and begins
talking to folks. Meanwhile, people who had in no way heard of them ahead of
have turn into intimately familiar with their inability to provide timely
support for their cloud service. Yes, they had a fair justification
for shutting the service down, but, wow, they positive cannot supply
support or communicate, at least from what we’ve noticed today.

It is complicated.

Former SEC Chief Accountant warns that the JOBS Act – sponsored by one particular of
the most corrupt Congressmen in Washington – will not increase employment but
will simplify swindling.

JOBS ACT OF 2012: WILL H.R. 3606 JUMPSTART OUR Enterprise STARTUPS OR OPEN THE
CROWDFUNDING FRAUD FLOODGATES?

U.S. Representative Stephen Fincher (R-TN-8) is a Large Ag businessman whose
firm has received over .9 million in government subsidies (corporate
welfare) over the past ten years, a politician flagged but by no means penalized
for federal election law violations by the Federal Election Commission final
July, and a legislator the political watchdog group Citizens for
Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) cites as one of the Most
Corrupt Members of Congress:

www.crewsmostcorrupt.org/mostcorrupt/entry/stephen-fincher

His most recent contribution to the corporate greed pervading our government is
sponsorship of the Jumpstart Our Organization Startups Act, HR 3606, which has
been passed with enormous bipartisan help by each the House and Senate,
but was sent back to the Residence to approve some Senate changes on Thursday
(22 March 2012):

www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr3606

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jumpstart_Our_Enterprise_Startups_Act

As is so typically the case in Washington DC, the label on this Pandora’s box
says absolutely nothing about its accurate contents. Euphemistically referred to as the
&quotJobs Act of 2012&quot, former Chief Accountant of the Securities and Exchange
Commission Lynn E. Turner warns this bill would destroy tiny investor
protections dating back as far as the creation of the SEC itself. &quotIt Will not
produce jobs, but it WILL simplify fraud,&quot Turner mentioned in an interview final
week. &quotThis would be better identified as the Bucket-Shop and Penny-Stock Fraud
Reauthorization Act of 2012.&quot

Mr. Turner is not alone in his assessment of HR3606. Crooked Congressman
Fincher’s summary claims the aim is to &quotincrease American job creation and
economic growth by enhancing access to the public capital markets for
emerging growth firms [e.g. crowdfunding]&quot, but President of the North
American Securities Adminstrators Association (NASAA) Jack Herstein warns
otherwise:

&quotExpanded access to capital markets for startups and small businesses can be
advantageous, but only insofar as investors can be confident that they are
protected, that transparency in the marketplace is preserved, and that
investment opportunities are legitimate… Modest companies are important
to job growth, and to improving the economic climate. Even so, by weakening investor
protections and putting unnecessary restrictions on the ability of state
securities regulators to guard retail investors from the dangers linked
with smaller, speculative investments, Congress is on the verge of enacting
policies that, though intended to strengthen the economic climate, will in reality
only make it more tough for small corporations to access investment
capital.&quot

www.nasaa.org/wp-content material/uploads/2011/07/NASAA-Letter-to-…
rship-on-H.R.-3606-FINAL-three-12-2012.pdf

Personally, I’d wager that the only jobs produced by the JOBS Act of 2012
will be for Wall Street brokers who did not meet quota and other con artists
pitching worthless penny stocks from telemarketing boiler rooms and Net
scam sites.

Rep. Ron Paul sponsored this Congressional lecture on “What is Constitutional Money?”, part two of a three part series on the basic principles of money for Congressional staff. As a continuing educational tool this lecture was filmed and is provided to the public. The lecture was delivered by Edwin Vieira, Jr., JD, Ph.D, the author of the definitive work on Constitutional money, Pieces of Eight: The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States Constitution. Dr. Vieira’s lecture explores the development of the American monetary system from colonial times through the creation of the Federal Reserve System, explaining the constitutional underpinnings of our money and the erosion of that legal framework over 200+ years of monetary history. He also explains his plan to return to sound money, outlining the grim ramifications of continuing on a fiat money standard.
www.weigend.com – Andreas Weigend’s presentation at Supernova 2009 titled “Taking Data Seriously”. The Supernova conference explores the transformation of computing, communications, business, and society in the Network Age. Now in its eighth year, Supernova brings together approximately 500 leading executives, entrepreneurs, intellectuals, government officials, and business practitioners to make connections, discuss emerging trends, and discover innovative new ideas and companies. Networks are central instruments of the changes sweeping our world and networks themselves must change to address novel demands. Device innovations such as smartphones and netbooks, the growing power of open source and open standards, social networking in all its forms, the rise of location awareness, the tidal wave of online video, the assembly of vast pools of cloud computing power, and the proliferation of new kinds of organizations all require network infrastructure but not necessarily todays infrastructure. Social Data Revolution by Andreas Weigend (Andreas S. Weigend, Ph.D.). Mankind is transformed by the data created by individuals. Information overload has become more serious than ever. Social discovery is the new search. What applications can we build to create relevant meaning in our lives? Students Lead the Social Data Revolution For previous course notes and information, please see: • weigend.com • stanford2008.wikispaces.com • ischool2008.wikispaces.com AndreasWeigend is a former …
